Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for student affairs for graduate programs, including admissions, graduation paperwork, scholarship, and scheduling course and exam.
2. Assist with teaching and postgraduate affairs for the MPhil and Ph.D. programs in Biological Sciences.
3. Support graduate activities, including recruitment campaigns, winter and summer camps, and graduation ceremonies.
4. Assist with administrative tasks within the department.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably for candidates with a background in biomedicine and relevant teaching support experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
