Tsung-Hui Chang, a national high-level young talent, Fellow of IEEE and AAIA, and doctoral supervisor, is currently a Full Professor and Associate Dean (Education) at the School of Artificial Intelligence, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Fundamental Theory and Methods in Big Data Computing and as a Researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Big Data. EA (Executive Assistant)

 

Job Description

Applicants should have:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas higher education background preferred; at least one year of relevant work experience is a plus.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, stress management, and organizational coordination skills.

3. Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with solid writing skills.

4. Ability to work independently; proactive, positive, optimistic, meticulous, responsible, and attentive to detail.

5. Outstanding learning ability, strong team spirit, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

6. Willingness to work flexible hours.

 

Job Duties include:

1. Routine Reimbursement Management: Reimbursement of Travel Expenses etc.

2. Student Affairs: 1) Student contract signing; 2) Arrangement of workstations; 3) Disbursement of labor fees.

3. Asset procurement and management: Responsible for purchasing new assets, conducting inventory checks, and handling disposal of existing assets.

4. Event organization: Assist with scheduling internal academic talks and coordinating with invited speakers, when necessary.

6. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Salary and Fringe Benefits

Salary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Employee benefits will be provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
