Manager for Research Centers (Research Administration and Talent Services Office) – Shenzhen Loop Area Institute(Ref. PR2025/194/01)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee routine administrative operations of research centers, including admissions, program services, faculty selection and support;
2. Provide general support to committees in research centers, including: committees establishment, committees meeting arrangements, memo releasement etc. Act as a liaison between committees and faculty/staff effectively;
3. Develop and manage research centers’ budget control and space allocation administration;
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director/Deputy Director of Research Administration and Talent Services Office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A master’s degree or higher.;
2. At least 10 years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role within the higher education sector;
3. Exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills;
4. Strong service-oriented spirit and mindset;
5. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset;
6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software and AI tools.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of Shenzhen Loop Area Institute, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable to the PRC. The appointee will be based in Shenzhen, PRC.
