Executive Assistant (Career Development) - Guan Yongtao Project, School of Data Science (Ref.PR2025/211/01)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Event Assistance: Support the team in the implementation and execution of career-related events, including administrative tasks such as resource coordination, event poster creation, event promotion, and expense reimbursement;
2. Information Management: Manage WeChat groups and release event notifications/promotions; collect and compile recruitment information; assist in gathering employment data;
3. Employment Document Processing: Help students complete the stamping of internship/employment-related documents and follow through with relevant procedures;
4. Other Tasks: Complete other work assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of work experience;
2. Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, basic poster design tools (e.g., Canva/PS), Wenjuanxing (online survey platform), mass email systems, and other relevant tools;
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as a working language (CET-6 or equivalent). Capable of proficiently handling English emails and documents, as well as providing students with English consulting services and document revision support;
4. Core Competencies: Approachable, patient, meticulous, and efficient; strong ability to work under pressure, maintain emotional stability, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Possess a service-oriented mindset toward student groups, and be skilled in cross-departmental collaboration and basic consulting/query response;
5. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with work experience in administration, event organization, or related fields are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
