Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize a variety of alumni events, innovate event formats and content to boost alumni engagement and strengthen brand impact, assist in building a platform to foster alumni connections, and deliver relevant support and services to alumni;

2. Assist with the establishments of alumni organizations and the relevant work;

3. Develop a connected alumni community and promote alumni's sense of belongings to their alma mater;

4. Assist in the reception and other administrative work;

5. Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates with experience about event planning and organization background is preferred;

2. Excellent planning, communication, coordination and implementation skills, be active and creative;

3. Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, good team player, diligent, and awareness of service;

4. Good oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English;

5. Experiences in alumni affairs in higher education institutions is preferred;

6. Highly recognize the mission and vision of CUHK-Shenzhen, with enthusiasm for higher education and basic understanding in alumni affairs.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
