Krystal studied and worked in Macau and the UK for over 6 years. Her bachelor's and master's degrees are in the hospitality and tourism management. She gained the Etiquette Instructor Certificate in2019 and has been invited to a high school for etiquette team training purpose.She works as the Executive Assistant of Vice President (External & Student Affairs) Office in CUHK-Shenzhen. She used to work in Royal Ascot in the UK and Mandarin Oriental, a 5-stars luxurious hotel, in Macau, providing first class of service to VIP guests.
