Notification of application for Shenzhen International Science and Technology Cooperation Project 2024
The Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission has initiated Shenzhen International Science and Technology Cooperation Project 2024, funds provided to the independent cooperation project on the international science and technology cooperation, event exchange project and personnel exchange project, details of application requirements are described as follows:
I. Funding fields
Key areas: Seven strategic emerging industries (20 industrial clusters) of new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, green and low carbon, biomedicine, digital economy, new materials, and marine economy; Eight future industries include synthetic biology, aerospace technology, Light-carrying information, embodied intelligent robot, cells and genes, brain science and brain health, deep and deep sea and quantum information.
Important supports shall be given to the technical cooperation projects that reach international leading and make up for the missing links of the industrial chain in the city.
Enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and other innovative subjects are encouraged to carry out forward-looking research cooperation with foreign advanced scientific research institutions, organize and hold frontier technology exchange activities, and promote international exchanges and exchanges of scientific research personnel. II. Funding Amount
The independent cooperation project adopts the pre-funding method and the funding ratio does not exceed 50% of the Chinese investment in R&D and the maximum funding is 1 million Yuan (provide matching funding at least equal to the government funding);
The event exchange project adopts the post-subsidy method and the funding ratio does not exceed 50% of the actual reasonable expenses after audit incurred by the event and the maximum funding is 1 million Yuan.
The personnel exchange project adopts the post-subsidy method, and the funding ratio does not exceed 50% of the actual reasonable expenses after audit, and the maximum funding is 1 million Yuan.
III. Application process
No paper materials are required to be submitted temporarily. The applicant logs in the Shenzhen Science and Technology Management System to fill in the project application form online, and uploads the electronic application materials in the system (the copy must be affixed with the official seal of the applicant and then uploaded) and submits it for review (the system acceptance status is "Pending acceptance by the window").
