Notification of application for Longgang Key Laboratory Project 2023
Longgang Key Laboratory Project 2023 has initiated. Details of application requirements are as follows:
1. Funding Amount
A one-time grant of 1 million Yuan.
2. Application Requirements
2.1 Laboratory members.
1 or 2 academic leader; 1 laboratory director; 2 or more key researchers with a master's degree or above, and more than 5 researchers with a bachelor's degree or above, with sufficient technical and service personnel. The laboratory director shall not concurrently serve as the director or deputy director in other Longgang key laboratories.
2.2 Scientific research level of the laboratory
In the past 2 years (January 1, 2021-December 31, 2022, the same below), laboratory members have undertaken no less than 3 municipal and higher-level scientific research projects.
2.3 Area and equipment.
The minium research area is 300m2, and the original value of equipment shall more than 6 million Yuan (for software field, the original value shall more than 4 million Yuan), of which the original value of instruments, equipment and software purchased with non-financial funds shall account for more than 50%. A single set of instruments and equipment with an original value of more than 500,000 yuan shall has been registered in the Shenzhen large-scale scientific instrument sharing platform.
3. Application Procedure
3.1 Submit online.
I. Log in the application system( http://cyfw.lg.gov.cn) to fill in the project application form online, and uploads the electronic version of other application materials in the system.
II. Apply on the Guangdong Government Service Network (http://www.gdzwfw.gov.cn/portal/index?region=440300).
3.2 Submit paper materials
After completing the online application process, submit paper materials within the specified time.

4. Required accessories
4.1 Certification materials (including project approval documents, contracts, etc.) of scientific research projects in the past two years (Annex 2);
4.2 Certification materials of laboratory areas (Annex 3);
4.3 List of existing scientific research instruments and equipment (special software) (Annex 4), relevant certification materials for the source of purchase funds;
4.4 Certification materials for the registration of instruments and equipment in Shenzhen large-scale scientific instrument sharing platform;
4.5 Certification materials of the full-time R&D team (including the list of laboratory personnel, labor contracts or employment contracts and other work certificates, social insurance unit submission schedule, education, degree and professional title certification documents, etc.) (Annex 5);
4.6 The original copy of the scientific research integrity commitment letter (Annex 6);
4.7 The original letter of project commitment (contact RAO);
4.8 Special audit report on laboratory construction;
4.9 Other related materials (Annex 7,8).
4. Deadline
Applicants shall submit application forms online by 2023.12.1 18:00.
Applicants shall submit paper materials to RAO by 2023.12.4 15:00.
5. Notes
5.1 The laboratory shall be named “Longgang Key Laboratory of XXX, Shenzhen”.
5.2 Two applications can be declared in total by CUHK-Shenzhen.
