Notification of Application for Scientific Research Platforms and Programs of Guangdong Higher Education Institutes 2024
Department of Education of Guangdong Province has initiated Scientific Research Platforms and Programs of Guangdong Higher Education Institutes 2024. Details of application requirements are as follows:
1. Subsidy amount
Self-financing is required. No financial support.
2. Declaration category
The applications are divided into two categories: natural science and humanities & social science.
2.1 Key scientific research platforms
Key scientific research platforms include the Key Laboratory of Guangdong Higher Education Institute (mainly support relevant fields of Guangdong's Double Ten industrial clusters), Engineering Technology Research (Development) Center of Guangdong Higher Education Institute, Key Laboratory of Philosophy and Social Science of Guangdong Higher Education Institute, Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Science of Guangdong Higher Education Institute. Our school can declare one item for each type of platform, and the total number of declarations shall not exceed 2 items.
2.2 New Think Tanks of Guangdong Higher Education Institute.
New Think Tanks focuses on policy and theoretical research in areas such as technology finance, artificial intelligence, technology commercialization, modern industrial systems, new productive forces, high-quality development projects in hundreds of counties, thousands of towns, and tens of thousands of villages, comprehensive education reform, and education powerhouse development. Two applications can be declared totally.
2.3 Innovative Team Pragram
Three applications can be declared totally.
2.4 Focal Area Program
Twelve applications can be declared totally.
2.5 Featured Innovation Program and Young Innovative Talent Program
Twelve applications can be declared totally.
3. Application conditions
Please refer to Annex 1 for the declaration guidelines and requirements.
4. Time and method of declaration
Online declaration (https://gdjyky.gdedu.gov.cn), the opening time for declaration is 9:00am on May 19, 2024. Applicants shall upload the completed application form to the application system before 17:00pm on June 11, 2024, and fill out the "Application Summary Form" (Annex 2) before reporting to Research Department.

5.Notes
(1) The program leader (including the main participants) shall undertake no more than 3 provincial financial support projects.
(2) The last page of the application form requires the program leader and research team members to sign and stamp. Please make sure that the version number on the signature and seal page is consistent with the online submission version.
